            At the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner pointed out the order dated 13^th July, 2013, passed by Justice of Peace in Cr.Petition No. 390/2013 whereby it was directed that in view of offence/accusation, narrated in the petition regarding commission of offence, SHO PS Sachal is directed to record statement of the petitioner and if any cognizable offence is made out then act accordingly under Section 154 Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner argued that despite this clear order, compliance has not been made. He further pointed out another order passed by learned Single Judge of this court in Const. Petition No.S-594/2013 on 31.05.2013, whereby SHO PS Sachal was directed to take appropriate action against the land grabbers and SHO was further directed to act upon complaint filed by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously. Despite orders of Justice of Peace and this court, the statement of the petitioner has not been recorded. Today Additional SHO SI Syed Maqbool Shah PS Sachal is present in court and he submits that statement of the petitioner will be recorded immediately. Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied. Learned AAG is also of the same view. SHO PS Sachal is directed to record the statement of the petitioner immediately and to act further in accordance with law. Petition is disposed of accordingly alongwith listed application.
