            Through this pettion, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 18.04.2013 passed by learned III Addl. Sessions Judge, Karachi Central whereby the petitioner’s application moved under section 22-A Cr.P.C., was dismissed. In paragraph-5 of the petition, the petitioner has provided entire details for which he approached initially to SHO for registration of FIR and then moved to Justice of Peace. The petitioner has alleged that power of attorney has been forged in collusion with the respondent No.2 to 4 as according to the petitioner, he never issued any power of attorney. In Paragraphs 6 & 7 also he has narrated some details. We have seen impunged order in which Justice of Peace failed to examine as to why SHO denied to record statement of the petitioner to act furher in accordance with law rather learned Justice of Peace has touched the merits of case which was out of her dominion under the scope of section 22-A Cr.P.C. Respondent NOs.1 & 8 are present in court. Let petitioner appear before the respondent NO.8 who will record his statement and if any cognizable offence is made out, SHO will act in accordance with law. Learned AAG has also no objection. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
