The petitioner has complained that the respondent NO.4 is regularly calling him after gap of every 3 or 4 days and also misbehaving, threatening, humiliating and harassing the petitioner by leveling false and frivolous allegations and also extending threats to implicate him in some false cases. Today learned ADPG for NAB categorically stated that if any action is taken against the petitioner, the same will be taken with due process of law. It is further ordered that if any inquiry is required to be made through the petitioner, the respondent No.4 will issue a call-up notice with sufficient time and conduct inquiry strictly in accordance with law without causing any harassment to the petitioner and the petitioner shall also cooperate if any call-up notice will be received for the purpose of inquiry. The learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied. The petition is disposed of accordingly alongwith listed application.
