In view of order dated 11.09.2013, I.O., Anwar-ul-Haq Qureshi,
Assistant Director FIA Crime Circle, Karachi had produced the petitioner No.1
who has been implicated in FIR No.20/2013 and according to the learned counsel
for the petitioners and prosecution, he has already obtained bail and the case
is being tried by Special Judge, Anti-Corruption Court, Karachi. On 01.10.2013
when this case was fixed, Mr.Haider Waheed submitted that FIA officials are causing harassment
to the petitioner NO.2 who is mother of the petitioner No.1. Today, I.O., Anwar
Qureshi for and on behalf of the respondent No.1 to 3
has filed statement in which they have clearly undertaken to proceed strictly
in accordance with law and they will cause no harassment to the petitioner No.2
during investigation. Mr.Haider Waheed
submits that the petitioners have taken various pleas in this petition. He is
at liberty to take all pleas in their defence before
the trial court in accordance with law. This petition is disposed of in view of
the statement filed in court today.
