            When this petition was filed, claim of petitioner regarding Old Age Pension was not paid to petitioner. However, advocate for respondents has filed comments and also attached copy of decision dated 09.05.2012 passed by the Appellate Authority, Board of Trustee, Employees’ Old-Age Benefits Institution in Appeal No.KHI-044/2010 in which claim of petitioner was accepted and concerned region was directed to process his claim from the date of first intimation and amount of old age grant if received may be deducted from arrears of old age pension. Since Appellate Authority has already passed order, concerned region is directed to pay old age pension to petitioner alongwith arrears if any. Petition disposed of.
