The petitioners in this case have prayed that the respondent No.2 to 14 be restrained not to cause any harassment to the petitioners and their family members in any manner. It is also prayed that same respondents be restrained not to register any FIR against the petitioners without adopting due process of law and in addition thereto the petitioners have prayed that Abdullah Baber son of Shafi Muhammad may be produced in court who had been taken away from his house on 28.05.2013 by the respondent No.2 to 14. Senior Superintendent of Police, Thatta has filed comments alongwith certificate issued by Ist Judicial Magistrate, Thatta in Crl. Case No.23 of 2013 which shows that Abdullah son of Shafi Muhammad Baber had attended the court on different dates mentioned in the certificate. Learned counsel for the petitioners also admits that now Abdullah is on bail so he is no more a missing person. So far as other prayers are concerned, he has no objection if petition is disposed of with certain directions to the respondent No.2 to 14 not to cause any harassment to the petitioners. Learned AAG has also no objection. This petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent No.2 to 14 to act strictly in accordance with law and they will not cause any harassment to the petitioners. Any violation of this order will amount to contempt of this court and in case of any such situation, the petitioners may initiate appropriate proceedings against the contemnors. Copy of this order be forwarded to the respondent Nos.2 to 14 for compliance. The Petition is disposed of.
