On last date of hearing, we directed Mr.Amir Ahmed Kehar, Deputy Secretary Solicitor Department to produce interview result of petitioner. Today he has brought list of candidates appeared in interviews for post of Junior Clerk (BPS-7) in Solicitor Department, Government of Sindh, Division Sukkur on 11.05.2011, 16.05.2011, 23.05.2011 and 30.05.2011. He further submits that interviews were conducted by Committee comprising Mr.Jan Muhammad Kalhoro, Ex.Additional Sessions Judge, presently he is Additional Secretary Law while two members were also in the Committee for interviews of 374 candidates. Result shows that present petitioner’s name is appearing at 374 with inward No.122 who appeared in interview but could not succeed. Petitioner present in court himself admits that he was interviewed by Committee. Since petitioner was not found fit for recruitment in BPS-7 hence he cannot claim any vested right against the said post. Petition is dismissed in limine. However, it is clarified that if any vacancies will be opened in Solicitor Department, petitioner may again apply for the said post. If petitioner is not qualified for post of Junior Clerk, he may also apply for other post including Naib Qasid etc.
