Petitioner has sought declaration that suspension of Union Council Ali Muhammad Khan Sarhoiabad under the Sindh Local Government Ordinance as reflected from report of concerned Mukhtiarkar dated 27.03.2010, was illegal and he has prayed that said UC be revived to its original position as it was prior to the year 2001. During pendency of this petition, Sindh Local Government Act 2013, was promulgated and in view of provisions of the Act, Notification was issued on 27.02.2013 in which it is clearly mentioned that consequent upon repeal of Sindh Peoples Local Government Act, 2012 and revival of Sindh Local Government Ordinance, 1979 as enacted Sindh (Repeal of the Sindh Peoples Local Government Act, 2012 and Revival of the Sindh Local Government Ordinance, 1979) Act, 2013 by Provincial Assembly of Sindh, Karachi Metropolitan Corporation, Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Sukkur Municipal Corporation, Larkana Municipal Corporation, District Councils, Municipal Committees, Town Committees and Union Councils have been restored with immediate effect. In fact petitioner lodged grievance for revival of Union Council which was suspended in the year 2010 and now after notification issued under the provisions of Sindh Local Government Act, 2013, all UCs have been restored by a general Notification which fact has also been supported by learned AAG in view of notification itself. Petitioner may approach to concerned authority for revival of UC in view of notification as stated above. This petition is disposed of accordingly alongwith listed applications. However, if petitioner may have any future grievance, he may approach this court.
