            On last date of hearing, learned counsel for respondent No.5 filed counter affidavit with which he submitted comprehensive report that cognizance regarding PIA affairs has already been taken by hon’ble Supreme Court in Suomoto Case No.9/2012 and at the same time, learned counsel for Pakistan Railway also argued that same situation is with Pakistan Railway and at his request, we allowed some time to him. Today he has filed copy of order dated 27.12.2011 passed in Suomoto Case No. 18 of 2011 and HRC No.41939 of 2011 which shows that affairs of Pakistan Railway are also subject matter of aforesaid proceedings in hon’ble Supreme Court. Since petitioner has approached this court in larger public interest and from time to time, certain directions for improvement have been given to concerned departments by the hon’ble Supreme Court hence the learned counsel for petitioner is satisfied. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
