            The learned A.A.G. has filed a statement on 10.12.2013 along-with a Summary for the Chief Minister Sindh with the subject Restoration of Four Tier Formula in Social Welfare Department. Today Mr. Muhammad Saleem Qureshi, Deputy Director Social Welfare Department is present and submits that the Summary has already been submitted for the approval of the Chief Minister Sindh. He requests that reasonable time may be granted so that the process of approval of the Summary will be completed. Malik Naeem Iqbal is satisfied. Accordingly this petition is disposed of. However, Secretary Social Welfare Department is directed to expedite the process for the orders on Summary within a period of two (02) months positively.
