The applicant/surety Muhib Ali made a prayer for return of surety documents which he deposited for the applicant on the ground that the accused Irshad Shah & others have been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 31.03.2010. The file has been scrutinized by the learned APG and states that applicant/surety has complied with the order dated 17.08.2009 of this Court and has raised no objection for restoration of surety documents. Application is accordingly allowed. Office is directed to release the surety documents to the applicant/surety after proper verification and identification.
