Mr. Amanullah G. Malik files Vakalatnama on behalf of Complainant, which is taken on record.

This is appeal against the conviction, the appeal has already been admitted, the accused who have been convicted were already on bail until the date of conviction. The conviction is only for 05 years and the learned APG candidly admits that this is the case of short sentence. In the circumstances, the appellants/accused are admitted on bail subject to furnishing their solvent surety in the sum of Rs. 100,000/- (One lac) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

The main appeal is adjourned to a date to be fixed by the office.
