2&3) Per learned counsel the applicant is innocent and has been

implicated falsely with malafide intention and ulterior motive; applicant want to surrender before the trial court but due to existing N.B.Ws issued by trial court he is unable to do so.

Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail

for a period of seven days is granted to the applicant to enable him to

approach concerned Court on furnishing solvent surety in the sum of

Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.R of this Court. In the meanwhile operation of N.B.Ws issued against the applicant is suspended.
