Learned counsel on 19.11.2013 informed the Court that he is not in touch with his client and he sought time to serve his client with the notice for withdrawal of his power. Unfortunately since 19^th November, 2013 the learned counsel has not acted upon his own undertaking. Today the counseland his client are both absent without any intimation. This Constitution Petition is being adjourned since March 2010 and apparently the petitioner and his counsel have lost their interest, therefore, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
