Mr. Rasheed Ahmed, Divisional Account Officer and Mr. Gul Muhammad, Assistant Account Officer are present in court and they have shown a cheque of commutation in the sum of R. 3,36,131/- and submit that as per accounting procedure, the petitioner can collect this cheque from the office of the respondents.

The petitioner present in court alongwith his counsel, agrees to visit the office of the respondents for collecting the cheque. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that leave encashment amount has also not been paid to the petitioner to which both the aforesaid officers submit that cheque of leave encashment will be prepared within two weeks and shall be delivered to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petition is satisfied. The petition is disposed of accordingly with the direction to the respondents and the officers present in court, to comply with their undertaking within the stipulated period as stated above.
