Counsel for the respondent No.3 has filed minutes of the meeting of Provincial Selection Board No.II, held on 15.3.2013. According to which the petitioner is at Sr.No.11 and he has been declared cleared for promotion to BS-19 on regular basis, as he had more than the minimum required qualification score of 60 and he is not facing any departmental/anti-corruption enquiry. On the basis of above minutes of meeting learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition, which is dismissed as withdrawn, however, she submits that the petitioner reserves the right if he will have any seniority issue, he may file appeal in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of accordingly along with listed application.
