Through this petition the petitioner has prayed that the respondent Nos.2 and 3 may be directed to finalize the seniority list and declare that the respondent No.4 is junior to the petitioner and place his name as per earlier seniority list. Similarly, further directions have been sought against the respondents to decide the appeal of the petitioner. Copy of the appeal dated 3.6.2013 addressed to the Secretary, Education and Literacy Department is available at page-87 of the court file. Learned counsel for the petitioner referred to the order passed in C.P.   No.D-3326/2013 in which under similar circumstances on the comments of A.G. the matter was disposed of with the direction to decide the appeal of the petitioner. In this case also the learned AAG submits that this petition may also be disposed of with the direction to the respondents to decide the appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law within reasonable time period. Since the respondent No.4 is called absent, he may also be given opportunity of hearing at the time of hearing of the appeal of the petitioner by the department. Petition is disposed of accordingly. The appeal will be decided by the respondent No.2 and 3 within a period of two months.
