Counsel for the respondent Nos.3 and 4 has submitted copy of Notification dated 12.4.2013 which shows that on recommendation of Provincial Selection Board No.II and with the approval of competent authority various Assistant Professors were promoted as Associate Professors including the petitioner in BPS-19 at Government College of Technology (Woman) Karimabad Karachi against an existing vacancy. In view of this notification, learned counsel for the petitioner  does not press this petition, which is dismissed as withdrawn, however, she submits that the petitioner reserves the right that if he will claim any seniority, he may file appeal in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
