            This is a suit for declaration, permanent injunction, possession, cancellation of documents, mesne profit and damages. Parties have resolved the dispute amicably and have filed compromise application (CMA No.9156/13). Plaintiff is being represented through his attorney Zulfiqar Ahmed Ghuman. Power of attorney is available on record in which he has given powers to attorney to compromise the matter. Another connected suit No. 39/2012 in respect of same property in question, has already been compromised today.

            In view of above, this suit is also decreed in terms of compromise application against the defendant No.1 & 2. So far as suit against defendant No.3 to 5 is concerned, it is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending application is also disposed of.
