            Plaintiff has filed this suit for specific performance, damages and permanent injunction against defendant No.1 & 2. Parties have filed CMA No.9155/13 under order 23 rule 3 CPC. Defendant No.1 present in court who is also attorney of defendant No.2. Copy of special power of attorney is attached with written statement in which defendant No.2 has authorized defendant No.1 all powers including compromise. Plaintiff is also present alongwith her counsel and she categorically state that parties have resolved the dispute. This application is allowed. Suit is decreed in terms of compromise application against defendant No.1 & 2. So far as suit against defendant No.3 is concerned, it is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending applications are also disposed of.
