            In compliance with the order dated 26.12.2013 Mst. Farzana has been produced by In charge Darul Aman, Larkana. Mst. Farzana present in Court made a categorical statement that she is willing to go with her husband Gul Bahar. Gul Bahar, husband of the applicant Mst.Farzana is also present in Court made a categorical statement that he will not harm Mst. Farzana.

            Learned APG has recorded no objection. However, he states that an undertaking of Gul Bahar be recorded to the effect that he will not harm Mst.Farzana. Since the husband has already made a statement to this effect therefore, under the  circumstances Mst. Farzana is permitted to go with her husband Gul Bahar. However, Gul Bahar  would be required to execute a P.R bond in the sum of Rs.500,000 to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

In view of the above, instant Criminal Miscellaneous Application stands disposed of.
