Through this application, applicant/surety viz Ali Akbar s/o Abdul Raheem seeks return of surety papers deposited by him pursuant to order dated 08.10.2013. Such deposit of surety documents is evident from the endorsement of the Accountant of this court dated 31.10.2013. The application is supported along with affidavit as well as copy of order dated 08.10.2013 and letter dated 09.10.2013 of Reader of Anti Terrorism Court, Larkana to SHO Police Station Ratodero district Larkana. It reflects that the accused viz. Zahid Ali Langah has been granted pre-arrest bail in the sum of Rs.100,000 and PR bond in the like amount in Crime No.132/2013 of Police Station Ratodero by Anti Terrorism Court, Larkana.
Learned APG has recorded no objection.
Accordingly, the application is granted. The Additional Registrar of this Court is directed to return the surety papers to the applicant upon proper verification and identification. Miscellaneous Application No.2604/2013 stands disposed of along with listed applications.
