            Petitioner has prayed in this petition that the anti date promotion in BPS-19 as Director w.e.f., 24.05.2011 be allowed to him with consequential financial benefits. To a query raised by this court whether any departmental appeal/representation has been moved or not? Learned counsel invited our attention to annexure P/7 available at Page-39 which is departmental appeal/representation to Federal Secretary moved on 07.02.2012 and he also moved earlier representation on 28.05.2011 to same authority but representation has not been decided so far. Assistant Director Abdul Shakoor Soomro, Bureau of Immigration and Overseas Employment is present in court and he submits that representation has been filed but same has not been decided yet. This petition is disposed of with the directions to respondent No.2 and 3 to decide representation of petitioner within a period of 30 days and submit compliance report to MIT-II of this court.
