Learned counsel for the respondents No. 3&4 pointed out the statement alongwith which copy of Notification dated 05.04.2013 is attached and submits that through this Notification the impugned Notification dated 15.03.2013 has been withdrawn, so this petition has served its purpose. Counsel for the petitioner concedes this position. This petition is disposed of accordingly.
