3.         Learned counsel for the applicant/accused submits that the applicant/accused has been falsely implicated in crime No.82/2013 of P.S. Hala District Matiari u/s 302, 34, 337 H(ii) PPC. Learned counsel further submits that postmortem of the deceased was conducted prior to lodging of FIR  which creates serious doubt. Learned counsel submits that the applicant/accused is ready and willing to surrender before the trial court, however, there is apprehension of his imminent, arrest, humiliation and harassment at the hands of the police, therefore, applicant has approached this court for seeking protective bail.

Without touching the merits of the case, the applicant is granted protective bail for 07 days, however, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

The Cr. Bail Application stands disposed of.
