3.         Learned counsel for the applicant/accused emphatically contends that the applicant/accused has been falsely implicated in crime No.125/2009 of P.S. Daulatpur District Shaheed Benazirabad u/s 302, 148,149, 504 PPC. Lodging of FIR, per learned counsel, is malafide. It is further contended by the learned counsel for the applicants/accused that the applicants/accused are ready and willing to surrender before the trial court, however, there is serious apprehension of their imminent, arrest, humiliation and harassment at the hands of the police, therefore, applicant has approached this court for seeking protective bail.

Without dilating upon the merits of the case, the applicants are granted protective bail for 07 days, however, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.

This order shall cease to have effect on expiry of 07 days from today or on appearance of the applicants before the learned trial court, whichever is earlier.

The Cr. Bail Application stands disposed of.
