                        Vide order dated 17.5.2013, this Court had directed the petitioner to produce her daughter Mst. Kiran before the Medical Superintendent, Civil Hospital Dadu for her medical examination through some lady doctor to ascertain as to whether Mst. Kiran has ever remained pregnant or not. Complying with such order, the Civil Surgeon, Civil Hospital Dadu has submitted final medico legal certificate issued by Senior Woman Medical Officer and gynecologists. The opinion opined by Senior Woman Medical Officer and gynecologist is given as under :

“After general, local, Ultrasonic examination and Laboratory investigation of Mst. Kiran D/o Haji Abdul Jabbar Narejo, we the under signed are of the opinion that she is not virgin and there is no any evidence, that she has ever remained pregnant.”

                        In the circumstances looking to the medical opinion, the SSP Dadu is directed to conduct the enquiry in the light of medical report issued by the Senior Woman Medical Officer and gynecologist and to furnish such report to this Court through Additional Registrar within thirty days. Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
