Through instant application return of surety, which was furnished in consequent to order dated 7.12.2012, has been sought. Counsel for the applicant contends that after availing concession of protective bail the applicant approached Anti-Terrorism Court-I, Karachi for interim pre-arrest bail, which was allowed against surety of Rs.50,000/-. He, therefore, prays that the surety furnished before this Court be returned.
In view of this position, learned APG waives notice of this application and endorses his no objection. In the circumstances, the application is allowed. Office is directed to return the surety paper to the applicant after proper verification, identification and as per rules.
Application in above terms stands disposed of.
