After arguing the matter at length, counsel for the applicant says that he would not press these bail applications in case directions are given to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the case.
In view of this position learned APG has no objection. Consequently, we while dismissing the bail applications as not pressed direct the trial Court to expeditiously proceed with the regular trial of the case and to decide main case as expeditiously as possible.
