4. Through this application the applicant seeks protective bail in Crime No.336/2010 for the offence under Section 365/34, PPC registered at Police Station New Town. Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant intend to surrender before the Anti-Terrorism Court-I Karachi but he apprehends his arrest.
Without touching the merits of the case the applicant is granted protective bail for a period of two-days, which will expire on 16.3.2013 till 3pm, against solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- with P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court just to enable him to approach the competent Court and to seek remedy in accordance with law. It is made clear that in case the applicant fails to effect appearance before the Court within the time prescribed the surety submitted before this Court shall stand forfeited.
