Learned ADPG says that an inquiry has been directed by the Chairman NAB to investigate illegal accumulation of wealth against the petitioner, who being a Government servant has numbers of properties in his name. He further undertakes that the NAB authorities would conduct itself strictly in accordance with law.
Since no one is present on behalf of the petitioner, neither any application nor intimation explaining the absence of petitioner or his counsel is available on record. Petition is dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
