                        Parents of petitioner No.1 have effected appearance and have placed on record her Birth Certificate which reflects that she is hardly 12 years and few months old. They further say that due to constant pressure and threats she is not in a position to speak out her mind out and, therefore, she be sent to Dar-Ul-Aman where she can make-up her mind. They further pray that she be sent for medical examination in order to determine her age.

                        We are also of the view that the petitioner No.1 appears to be of very tender age and in order to ascertain, as to whether she has attained puberty her medical examination is necessary, we therefore, remand her to Panah Shelter Home from where Investigating Officer of the crime would take her in a police mobile properly escorted to effect appearance before the Medical Superintendent, Civil Hospital, Karachi for determining the fact of her attaining puberty. Once she is produced before the Medical Superintendent she will again be left at Panah Shelter Home from where the Investigating Officer produces would produce her before us on 12^th April 2013.
