None present for the petitioner. Reader of this Court has informed us that counsel, Mr. Irfan Aziz, has left a chit, which reads “Kindly adjourn the matter as the notes of the case misplace and needs time to prepare again”. Leaving such a request for adjournment without any engagement before any other bench appears to be contemptuous and amounts to bringing the authority of this Court into disrespect. Let show cause notice be issued to the counsel, as to why the proceedings for showing disrespect to this Court be not initiated against him. Request is declined. Petition is dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
To come up on 19th April 2013 for reply of the counsel.
