            By consent it is agreed by both the learned counsel that the issue framed by the appellate Court i.e. Whether the Tenant Allah Bux had acquired a right of accompany to sale the suit land in favour of either party of litigation, is an issue which can be decided by the appellate Court itself in view of the material available on record. Consequently, the impugned order in terms whereof the case was remanded to the trial Court is set aside. The issue framed by the appellate Court shall be decided by the appellate Court itself within a period of thirty days.

            Civil Revision stands disposed of in the above terms.
