For the reasons to follow interim pre arrest bail  granted earlier is hereby confirmed subject to furnishing  of surety in the sum of Rs.200,000/= and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of Additional Registrar of this Court.  The additional  solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/= be deposited   within one  week failing which  the order   shall cease to exist.
