                        It is agreed by both the learned counsel that the ejectment orders which were passed in respect of property pertaining City Survey No.648, Ward-B, Mehar Town, which is property of respondent No.3 may be executed. It is further agreed that the ejectment orders may be executed in respect of the aforesaid property of the respondent No.3 as  the petitioner  claims to be in possession of the City S.No.625, Ward-B, Mehar Town, and he may not be dispossessed from that City Survey Number. Learned counsel for the petitioner further agreed that if at all he is found to be in possession of C.S.No.648, Ward-B, Mehar Town, the executing Court through the assistance of City Surveyor/Mukhtiarkar concerned, may proceed to eject petitioner in the above terms and the ejectment orders of rent controller concerning  premises bearing Survey No.648, Ward-B, Mehar Town. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
