                        By consent this petition is disposed of by directing the official respondents not to cause harassment to the petitioner and take care to the life, liberty and property of the petitioner and shall act strictly in accordance with law. Since learned counsel for the petitioner has impleaded that notorious gang of dacoits are roaming around in the area. It is agreed that the respondent No.1 shall increase the vigilance in the area pursuant to the apprehension of the petitioner. Petition stands disposed of .
