            Learned counsel for the applicant submit that the applicant was accused of causing hatchet blow in the FIR whereas the medical report is totally contrary to the contents of FIR. Learned counsel submits that had it been a hatchet blow it would have been sharp cut at the head whereas medical report suggest that hard and blunt blows which may be anything but not a hatchet blow. Learned State counsel concedes that as far as medical report is concerned that does not prima facie shows a hatchet blow and it is a case of further inquiry. Learned counsel without prejudice to the case concedes that the interim bail granted to the applicant may be confirmed on the terms as set out in the order dated 20.9.2012. Order accordingly.
