                   Mst. Muhammad Hashim Soomro, advocate, files Vakalatnama on behalf of alleged detainee, which is taken on record.

                   The alleged detainee has recorded her statement, wherein she has categorically stated that she is not under wrongful confinement and is living happily with her father and she would like to go with her father.  Consequently it appears that the petition is based on incorrect facts.  Today neither petitioner nor his Counsel are in attendance.  Since, the petition is based on totally false facts, consequently the same is dismissed with cost of Rs.5000/- to be deposited in the Dispensary.
