            This petition has been filed against the official respondents with the prayer that they should not harass petitioner and that they should act strictly in accordance and that some honest officer be appointed to reinvestigate crime No.11/2013.

            Learned State Counsel at the very outset concedes that in respect of both these prayers he has no objection.

            Be that as it may, this petition is disposed of by directing the official respondents not to cause harassment to petitioner and that they shall act strictly in accordance with law and shall not become tool of the private respondents. In case of their failure strict action against these official respondents shall be taken. As for as the directions regarding appointment of honest officer is concerned, learned State Counsel submits that they do not have any dishonest officer and that they would abide in case any orders are passed for reinvestigation of the case by an honest officer. Order accordingly. The petition stands disposed of.

Judge
