Mr. Nazir Ahmed, Advocate along with Respondents Nos.6 and 7 and Minor Abdullah Bilal.

                        In consequent to the undertaking the respondents have produced minor in Court and the petitioner was allowed meeting with the minor in Court. The estrange couple further after lengthy negotiation and keeping in view the inclination of minor towards his father have resolved the dispute regarding minor’s custody in the following manner: -

1.            Petitioner shall bear all schooling expenses of the minor i.e. payment of tuition fees directly to the “DELSOL, THE SCHOOL”. School books or any other amount asked by the school pertaining to his educational expenses.

2.            Besides providing schooling expenses petitioner would pay to respondent No.6 a sum of Rs.20,000/- per month as maintenance of the minor through cross cheque by depositing in Account bearing No.1921-1008706-3 United Bank Limited of respondent No.6.

3.            Petitioner shall be entitled to have a fatherly meeting with the minor as and when he visits Pakistan. Respondents Nos.6 and 7 have stated that they have no problem if the petitioner comes and visits the minor at their residence at all reasonable time with prior intimation to the respondent No.7.

4.            The respondent No.6 and 7 further would produce the minor before the Nazir on Friday, 21.09.2012 at 10.00 a.m. and the Nazir shall handover the custody to the petitioner from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. however, the custody shall be handed over on deposit of petitioner’s original passport, Green card and CNIC. Nazir shall retain the same in safe custody and shall return the same to the petitioner upon handing over the minor to the respondents No.6 and 7.

5.            The respondents shall not remove the custody of the minor from the territorial jurisdiction of this Court.

6.            The Petitioner shall further be entitled to meeting rights once a week in the minor as described in para-4 above, whenever he visits Pakistan.

                  At joint request petition in above terms disposed of.
