                        Learned counsel for the applicant under the impression that the matter is fixed for service has not come prepared though he has filed this Civil Revision several months back. The contesting respondents are respondents No.6 & 7 whose counsel is ready to proceed and even learned Asstt. A. G is in attendance and is ready to proceed. Only as a last chance the indulgence is shown  and the matter is adjourned to 14.3.2013, to be taken p at 11:30 a.m. In case of non appearance of the applicant counsel the matter will be dismissed for non prosecution.
