                   Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would confined this petition to the extent of prayer clause (a) & (c), which deal for causing harassment and to provide protection to the life and property of petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of by directing the official respondents not to cause harassment and shall take care to the life, liberty and property of the petitioner. In addition to the above learned counsel submits that the official respondents are not performing their duty inasmuch as the complaint of misappropriation of certain property was not adhered by the official respondents. The SHO PS Market undertakes that in case the petitioner herself appears and record statement they would act strictly in accordance with the law. Petition stands disposed of.
