                   It appears that both the petitioner have contracted marriage and solemnized Nikah on 05.12.2012.  Consequently, annoyed with this marriage private respondents are causing harassment to the petitioners through official respondents, hence they have preferred this petition.

                   The petition is disposed of by directing the official respondents to act strictly in accordance with law and not to cause any harassment to the petitioners and their family.  If any F.I.R regarding the abduction of petitioner No.1 by petitioner No.2 is lodged, the I.O. may record the statement of petitioner No.1 and submit the same before the concerned Magistrate for appropriate orders.
