                   By consent it is agreed that the process of issuance of Computerized NIC Card may be initiated on the basis of the same data.  The fresh CNIC Card may be issued on the same date within a period of two months, as suggested by Mr. Abdul Waheed Abbasi, representative of NADRA.  It is also agreed that in case petitioner is aggrieved of any data considering his date of birth, he may take appropriate steps in rectifying such date if deems so advisable.  The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
