            It is agreed that since the facts of this petition are similar to the one which are involved in C.P. No. D- 1278/2012, which was disposed of in terms of the parameters laid down by the Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan in Criminal Original Petition No. 10-K to 16-K of 2011, and 6 & 7-K of 2011, let this petition be also disposed of with the terms that the Secretary Education, Government of Sindh, shall decide the cases of the petitioners individually in terms of the parameters laid down by the Honorable Supreme Court (supra); further that in addition the petitioners shall also produce all the documents which are necessary for their identify and recruitment. Such process shall be carried out within sixty days.

            The petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
