            Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as this petition is concerned he concedes only to the harassment as scope of constitution petition is confined. Accordingly official respondents not to cause harassment to the petitioner and take care of person and property of the petitioner. As far as other grievances are concerned learned counsel is at liberty to approach the forum in accordance with law. Petition stands disposed of in the above terms.
