                        Learned Asstt. A. G who is also in attendance in some other matters agreed for the disposal of this petition to the terms on which another petition bearing C.P.No.D-210 of 2012 and others were disposed of, copy whereof has been placed on record. In view of the consent and in view of the earlier orders referred above, this petition is accordingly disposed of in terms that the Secretary Education, Government of Sindh shall decide the cases of petitioners individually in terms of the parameters laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Crl. Original Petition No.10-K to 16-K of 2011 and 6 & 7-K of 2012. Further that, in addition, the petitioners shall also provide all documents which are necessary for their identity and their recruitment. Such process shall be carried out within period of sixty days and in case the Secretary Education feels that any of the petitioners does not qualify the requirement prescribed for, then he is  at liberty to pass appropriate orders with copy to this Court  through Additional Registrar.
