                   Pursuant to the order dated 20.2.2013 learned Counsel for the petitioner has filed copies of the two F.I.Rs bearing crime No.13/2002 and crime No.16/2002, both registered at P.S Dakhan, District Shikarpur, in which cases the present petitioner Sher Muhammad alias Sheral was acquitted, which facts were conceded by the learned State Counsel and agreed that as far as harassment issue is concerned, the official respondents shall not harass the petitioner except the way it may come through due process of law.  Learned Counsel for the petitioner is, however, at liberty to approach the relevant forum as far as registration of the F.I.R is concerned. 

                   The petition is disposed of.
