                   Learned Counsel for the petitioner has prayed in this petition that direction may be given to the Anticorruption Police, Larkana to submit the copy of the second F.I.R, if any, lodged by him for the same incident.  The copy of the said F.I.R has now been provided to the learned Counsel for the petitioner and accordingly this petition has served its purpose.  As far as the question of malafide in registering the F.I.R is concerned, such intricate questions cannot be looked into at this stage in this writ petition, the petitioner is at liberty to avail appropriate remedy as provided under the law for the redressal of his grievance. 

                   Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
